In order to access the race tracking features offered by the application, the user must be registered and logged in via their LiveTrail account. A LiveTrail account depends on: an email address, a password, a birthdate, a first and last name.
This information is only used for the association of a runner bib to a LiveTrail account, and for having ranking on off events, LiveRun being a race tracking application dedicated to the runner, it is necessary that an account be associated to a registration and therefore a bib of an event.
Data provided by user within application (like: name, gender, birthdate) is used only within app - it is not sent anywhere or shared with anyone.
Location
The approximate (network) or precise (GPS and network) position is used (if the user grants access) to locate the user - the background location is required for live GPS tracking (during events and for off events) :
1 - if the user sends a SOS to the organization via the command provided for this purpose
2 - if the user decides to use the live GPS tracking functionality during a race
3 - for off events, to be guided and timed through the track
Background location
LiveRun needs to access your position even if the application is in the background in order to follow your path.
These permissions can be cancelled at any time from the phone settings.
The user's location is not used outside the cases described above.
We may change this privacy policy from time to time by posting the updated version of the privacy policy on our websites and applications. The "effective date" at the top of this policy indicates when such changes will take effect. We encourage you to visit frequently to stay informed about how we use your personal data.
Livetrail keeps your personal data for as long as necessary to complete the purpose for which it was collected and used.
Personal data is automatically deleted if the account remains inactive for 5 (five) yearss

Afin d'accéder aux fonctionnalités de suivi de course proposées par l'application, l'utilisateur doit être inscrit et connecté via son compte LiveTrail. Un compte LiveTrail dépend : d'une adresse email, un mot de passe, une date de naissance, un nom et un prénom.
Ces informartions sont uniquement utilisées pour l'association d'un dossard coureur à un compte LiveTrail, LiveRun étant une application de suivi de course dédiée au coureur, il est nécessaire qu'un compte soit asscoié à une inscription et donc un dossard d'un événement.
Position
La position approximative (réseau) ou précise (GPS et réseau) est utilisée (si l'utilisateur accorde l'accès) pour localiser l'utilisateur - La localisation en arriàre-plan est requise pour le suivi GPS en direct (durant les évànements ou pour les parcours off) :
1 - si celui-ci envoie un SOS à l'organisation via la commande prévue à cet effet
2 - si l'utilisateur décide d'utiliser la fonctionnalité de suivi GPS en direct
3 - pour les parcours off, afin d'être guidé et chronométré sur les parcours
Position en arrière plan
LiveRun a besoin d'accèder à votre position même si l'application est en arrière plan afin de suivre votre parcours.
Ces permissions peuvent à tout moment être annulées depuis les paramètres du téléphone.
La position de l'utilisateur n'est pas utilisée en dehors des cas décrits ci-dessus.
Nous pouvons modifier la présente politique de confidentialité de temps à autre en publiant une version mise à jour sur nos sites Web et applications. La "date d'entrée en vigueur" en haut de la présente politique indique la date à laquelle lesdites modifications prendront effet. Nous vous encourageons à visiter réguliàrement cette page afin de rester informé(e) sur la maniàre dont nous utilisons vos données personnelles.
Livetrail conserve vos données personnelles aussi longtemps que nécessaire pour satisfaire l'objectif pour lequel elles ont été collectées et utilisées
